3. 将腌制后的莴笋丝沥干水分,加入15g 红椒、30g 芝麻香油、10g 鸡精、5g 白砂糖,翻拌均匀出品。

## 步骤:

- 1. 调味酱配制(10 份):600g 蒜蓉酱、50g 红椒粒,搅拌均匀备用;
|
||||
- 2. 将50g 金针菇、100g 湿粉丝平铺在砂锅中;
|
||||
- 3. 6 个开背虾尾部朝中间摆放一圈;
|
||||
- 4. 将65g 调味酱平铺虾肉上,淋上30g 豉油汁,烧开后煮4 分30 秒,撒1g 葱花出品。
