chore: 规范 captcha_server.py 行尾为 LF 以匹配 .gitattributes

仓库的 .gitattributes 规定 *.py 用 eol=lf，但这个文件的 HEAD 字节实际是
CRLF（历史遗留），导致 git status 永远显示该文件 modified、git diff 永远
看到换行符变更。这里只做一次 CRLF→LF 规范化，无任何代码改动（用
`git diff --ignore-all-space` 验证为 0 行）。
