Make the Jira Data Center integration usable on large self-hosted installs (1Finity/Fujitsu):
- FDE-86: resolve mentioned repos via targeted verify_repo_provider lookups instead of enumerating the user's full (1000-capped) repo list.
- Email-mode auto-link: auto-enroll an email-matched user on first @openhands; reactivate-or-insert (no duplicate rows), concurrency-safe.
- FDE-84: trigger on Jira picker mentions ([~name]/[~key]/[~accountid:key]) resolved lazily from /rest/api/2/myself.
- Hardening: dedup verified repos by canonical full_name; boundary-aware @openhands matching (ignores emails, matches @OpenHands); exact-unique Keycloak email resolution.
Live-validated end-to-end on a Replicated OHE install against real Jira DC + Bitbucket DC.
Adds the Azure DevOps @openhands resolver (PR + work-item mentions, run-as-mentioner with content-marker loop prevention) and an org-level one-click webhook setup. Includes a write-permission gate (permissionevaluationbatch, fails closed), deterministic/fail-closed work-item repo derivation, async webhook processing via BackgroundTasks, type-specific PR/work-item context loaders, and a stable dedup key. Validated live on a Replicated test install.
Persist Jira Data Center per-user OAuth tokens and inject them into resolver sandbox conversations so agents started from Jira can call back into Jira using the linked user credential. Includes the enterprise Alembic migration for the new token columns and a runtime reconciliation fix that ignores/deactivates stale active Jira DC user links from an older host during OAuth relink.
Adds KOTS-managed Jira Data Center service-account support and connection-scoped Jira DC webhooks. Validated end to end on replicated-02 with the Jira DC shim for OAuth linking, automatic webhook setup, pause/resume, and webhook-triggered OpenHands automation.
Forward signed Bitbucket Data Center webhook deliveries to the automation service, expand the enrolled webhook event set, resolve automation org context from the Bitbucket DC project key, and normalize eventKey for automation parsing.
Validated on R01 OHE with signed Bitbucket DC webhook deliveries creating and completing an automation run.
Resolve the BBDC @-mentioning user by their numeric id (matches the OIDC sub stored in Keycloak's bitbucket_data_center_id), instead of the slug which never matched and fell back to the installer. Add a best-effort 👀 reaction on the triggering comment via the comment-likes plugin, posted as the invoking user. Realigns BBDC with GitHub/GitLab (numeric-id keyed). Companion chart change: OpenHands-Cloud #647.
