fix(e2e): select Agent-server tab in cross-connect test

The AddBackendModal was redesigned to default to the Cloud tab. The
cross-connect e2e test directly filled the manual connection form
fields without first switching to the Agent-server tab, causing a
locator timeout.

Click the 'add-backend-option-agent-server' tab and wait for the
agent-server panel before filling in Backend B details.
