# 砂锅蒜蓉粉丝虾
## 原料:
- 开背虾
- 粉丝
- 金针菇
- [蒜蓉酱](配料/蒜蓉酱.md)
- 豉油汁(大豆油、酱油、白砂糖、洋葱、大葱等)
- 红椒
## 步骤:
- 1. 调味酱配制10 份600g 蒜蓉酱、50g 红椒粒,搅拌均匀备用;
- 2. 将50g 金针菇、100g 湿粉丝平铺在砂锅中;
- 3. 6 个开背虾尾部朝中间摆放一圈;
- 4. 将65g 调味酱平铺虾肉上淋上30g 豉油汁烧开后煮4 分30 秒撒1g 葱花出品。
