shaw fa402b909a feat(branding): 启用新版 SVG logo 并在 README 头部展示 
- 新增 assets/logo.svg 作为项目默认 logo（512x512 深色圆角底 + 渐变 S 标）
- 前端 favicon 与组件兜底 logo 由 logo.png 切换为 frontend/public/logo.svg
- 三个 README（EN/CN/JA）头部新增居中 logo 与标题布局
- 删除旧 logo.png 及多余的 lobe 变体 SVG

Tiantianr 74e296703a fix(openai-ws): make first-message timeout configurable 
Add a dedicated client first-message timeout while preserving the legacy 30-second default.

Use the resolved value for both the WebSocket read deadline and structured timeout logs, and document tuning for large requests or slow links.

Add configuration, validation, handler, and resolver regression coverage.

shaw 498f010ec3 fix(部署): 统一 Docker 部署 URL 安全默认值为开发友好模式 
docker-compose.yml / docker-compose.local.yml 中
SECURITY_URL_ALLOWLIST_ALLOW_INSECURE_HTTP 与
SECURITY_URL_ALLOWLIST_ALLOW_PRIVATE_HOSTS 的兜底值由 false 改为 true，
与代码默认值（0c7a58fc）保持一致，避免未配置 .env 的 Docker 部署
在测试账号连接时因 http base URL 报 "invalid url scheme: http"。

同步更新 README（三语）、.env.example、config.example.yaml 中
过时的"默认拒绝 HTTP"描述，改为默认允许并指导生产环境显式收紧。

Method 3 (source compile) instructs users to pre-create config.yaml,
but does not mention that doing so disables the setup wizard — the
only code path that creates the initial admin account. Users following
the README end up with a running server and an empty users table, and
login fails with "invalid email or password".

The default.admin_email / default.admin_password fields in config.yaml
are loaded into the config struct but never read by any code path
(setup.SetupConfig.Admin is tagged yaml:"-"), so they cannot serve as
an alternative way to seed the admin.

Add a "Creating the Admin Account" subsection to Method 3 in all three
language READMEs (EN/CN/JA), explaining the wizard dependency and two
workarounds: let the wizard generate config.yaml, or temporarily move
config.yaml aside to trigger the wizard on first run.

Related: #521 (docker variant of the same symptom), #2617, #2350.
