feat(mobile): 添加核心工具与 device id 模块
- core/utils/validators.dart: normalizeServerAddress 与 isHttpAddress；
HTTP 风险检测仅用于登录页风险提示。
- core/utils/jwt_expiry.dart: 与 web 端兼容的 LoginExpiry 映射，输出
字符串与时间戳，匹配 server/app/controller/user.js 中
jwt.sign({ expiresIn }) 支持的形式。
- core/storage/device_id.dart: DeviceIdStore 抽象 + SecureDeviceIdStore，
loadOrCreateDeviceId 首次生成 UUID v4 并持久化到 secure storage。
- 配套单测全部通过 (flutter test test/core)。
