chaos-zhu a8de26838b feat: optional release upload for manual native android build 
- workflow_dispatch: add publish_release (bool) + release_tag inputs
- push tag native-v*: upload to its release as before
- manual + publish_release: validate release_tag is native-v*, upload to that release
- artifact upload still runs unconditionally

chaos-zhu 32cb71c062 fix: sanitize artifact name for refs with slashes 
map any char outside [A-Za-z0-9._-] to '-' so branch names like
feature/foo don't break artifact upload

chaos-zhu e8e5aa10c9 feat: allow manual native android build from any branch or tag 
- workflow_dispatch input tag -> optional ref (branch or tag)
- empty ref falls back to the branch selected in the UI
- tag-format validation now only runs on push events

chaos-zhu 524d636553 chore: disable AAB build in native android ci 
APK is directly installable; not publishing to Google Play for now.
Build app bundle step commented out, *.aab dropped from upload steps.

chaos-zhu 327200b538 feat: add native android ci build 
- native-android-release.yml: build/sign/verify APK+AAB, upload artifact & release
- docker-builder.yml: skip native-/client releases to avoid clobbering latest image
- native/README.md: document CI secrets, triggers, signing verification
