feat: 添加 Go 语言代码审查指南

新增 reference/go.md (~990 行)，涵盖：
- 错误处理（errors.Is/As, 包装, 自定义错误）
- 并发（goroutine 泄漏, channel, sync.WaitGroup）
- Context 使用（传播, 取消, 超时）
- 接口设计（接受接口返回结构体, 小接口）
- 接收器类型选择（值/指针）
- 性能优化（预分配, sync.Pool, 逃逸分析）
- 测试（表驱动, 并行, Mock）
- 常见陷阱（nil slice, map 初始化, defer 循环）

更新 SKILL.md 和 README.md 添加 Go 语言支持
总行数：~8000 → ~9000 行
