Icon transparency ( #3138 )

I noticed that in dark modes the icons don't look as good as they could - making the outlines transparent makes them pop a bit more

Let's use "OpenDevin" as page title, but also use realfavicongenerator.net to
generate a proper favicon from OpenDevinLogo.jpg.
